New Honda Ridgeline Pickup Debuts at 2016 North American International Auto Show

As you can imagine, we're big Honda fans at Hall Honda Virginia Beach. So when we heard that Honda was bringing back the Ridgeline pickup truck at this year's North American International Auto Show, we were really excited. The Ridgeline has always been a great truck, but from what we've seen, the 2017 model is going to be better than ever. Here's what we know about it.

The Ridgeline's unibody platform and independent front and rear suspension give it a number of advantages over other pickups on the market, including a quieter ride and roomier interior. As John Mendel, executive vice president of American Honda Motor Co. Inc. said, “We think we’ve got a better idea, a truck that uses its unibody construction and Honda packaging magic to deliver more of the things that many of today’s truck customers want and need with none of the things they don’t.”

Other great features you'll find in the 2017 Ridgeline include a dual-action tailgate (that swings open sideways as well as down), a truckbed audio system (to help you rock out at your next tailgate party), as well as an in-bed trunk that allows you store even more than normal, or serves as a built-in cooler (complete with drain plug).
