We understand that life can get busy, and finding time to bring your vehicle in for service can be a challenge. That's where Service P&D comes in! Here’s how it works:
- Schedule an Appointment: Contact our service department to schedule a convenient time for your vehicle's service. You can do this online or by calling 757.918.8290 .
- Vehicle Pick Up: On the scheduled day, our P&D Drivers will come to your home, work, soccer game, or anywhere within 20 miles of our dealership, to pick up your vehicle.
- Service and Inspection: Our Honda-Certified technicians will perform the necessary maintenance or repairs, conducting a thorough inspection to ensure your vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Vehicle Drop Off: Once the service is complete, our P&D Drivers will deliver your vehicle back to you, ensuring it's clean and ready to hit the road.

Hall will not pick up vehicles with the following issues: Flat tires, hanging bumpers or body panels, dash lights, less than 1/8 of a tank or gas light is on. Hall reserves the right to record the vehicle prior to service. Customer authorization is required prior to transport.
